McKay Scholarship Compliance Form Instructions
The Scholarship Compliance Form serves as an application to participate in the McKay and/or Florida Tax Credit Scholarship programs. Private schools new to the programs must submit the Form online, and submit a signed, notarized hard copy to our office to begin the approval process. Annually, participating private schools must certify ongoing compliance with scholarship requirements by submitting the Form online and in hard copy by March 1st.
The Form is made up of questions and answers, drawn from the requirements for participation in the state scholarship programs as they are described in Florida statute. In addition to the resources available in this section of our website, below are links to information schools may find helpful in understanding compliance requirements and completing the Scholarship Compliance Form correctly, as well as in assembling and submitting the supporting documentation required.
